Financial Policy

We do not proceed with any dental work without filing a pre-authorization to your dental insurance so that you know what the insurance and patient portions are. Also we do not proceed without proper financial arrangements prior to any procedure so that you are always informed of the cost to you and can make an informed decision. We do expect to be paid the patient's portion only at the time of service and will wait for the insurance portion after the work is done and the claim is filed for you by our office.

Financial Options

Sometimes, the patient's portion of the fee exceeds the current family budget. At our office, in these cases, we offer outside billing services which allow you to make monthly payments on the patient portion of the bill. The following are the companies which we work with:
